Sound Design and production sound mixer

• Description: Short film shot on 16mm in Vila dos Pescadores, Cubatão. Graduation project at FAAP. This was my first work mixed in 5.1 surround sound.

• Case: A sensitive and intimate film, it required meticulous sound design work. During technical visits and production days, I recorded dozens of sounds that were carefully organized into a custom sound library created specifically for this project. In post-production, these elements were delicately integrated to preserve the authentic soundscape of Vila dos Pescadores, while also supporting the film’s dramatic narrative. Mixed in 5.1 surround sound, the project called for immersive layers of ambience and a rich, detailed sound construction, complemented by precise foley work to enhance the viewer’s sense of immersion.
